Outlook 2010 does not allow .HTML formatting and this poses a challenge for customers who would like to hyperlink certain information on their email signature cards. What does .HTML formatting mean? Well, it basically comes down to this: The Outlook 2010 email client can read .HTML rich text when received in an email, but you can not insert .HTML programmed images as a signature card into this email client. With Outlook 2010 the file path is not important and you can SAVE your email signature card files in any folder you wish. It is good however to create a special folder for your signature card files on your C-drive - just to keep things organized. |

Now for the fun part: Inserting your email signature card into Outlook 2010 and having it displayed in every email that you send out!
